Before creating this new schedule format, schedule was printed and posted at work and the relayed to work staff either via text message or facebook chat.
If this project for a new schedule works out for the RI Shriner’s organization, it could possibly be extended and expanded upon for other Shriners locations as well.
With how everything is progressing towards digital, accessibility and availability are keys to a successful and well run workplace. While printing a schedule is still ideal, it’s much easier if information can be accessed through mobile phones instead.
