Currently, we have been on time for each of our milestone goals. With a buffer of 2-3 days in between, things have been working out perfectly.
Project Goal
The goal of this project has been met. The goal was to create an easy and accessible schedule that can be easily used by the work staff and management while being editable weekly by the management to keep the work staff updated on their work availability.
Stakeholders
Our stakeholders are extremely satisfied with the results. With their general needs met, they are looking forwards to working with us again.
Costs
Our original budget was $1,000,000,000. Thankfully, we didn’t go over anything and kept within budget. You could almost say the job was done for free with how big the budget was.
Benefits
This project would look great on a professional resume. Not only does it show off a certain skill set but shows the results.
Lessons
Working on such a large project has shown me how valuable time management skills are in the real world. It has also proved to me that certain soft skills, like verbal communication can be important when exchanging a back and forth with clients.
