Work Completed Last Week

Had a discussion with the clients last week, gave them the rundown on how to use, operate and edit the Work Schedule on Google Docs.

Work Planned for Next Week

First trial run of implementing a weekly schedule, allowing work staff accessibility to view Google Doc schedule.

Open Issues

Gathering information on each worker’s weekly availability to create a concise work schedule. Some workers availability changes weekly, so manager and assistant manager must constantly be on top of said workers to find out their availability for the coming week.

Open Risks

Risks are workers can see each other’s schedule and availability and hours worked.
